Kitsuki is composited with 2 higher area (Kita-dai Samurai Residences(北台武士宅邸) and Minami-dai Samurai Residences(南台武士宅邸)) , 1 lower area (commercial district), and Kistuki Castle. The castle town is the only one sandwich type town in Japan. There are many slope and stairs therefore. It's called small Kyoto in Kyushu. We are very lucky encountering the doll festival "
HINA NO KUNI KYUSHU".

In the afternoon, we come back to Oita city. The original plan is to watch sakura in Oita Gokoku Shrine(大分縣護國神社) and Heiwa Shimin Koen(平和市民公園). But the flower is not open fully, we feel a little disappointed.
